Dr. Spencer Rickers

DMD

Dr. Spencer Rickers takes a whole-body approach to dentistry. With a background in exercise physiology and advanced training in oral-systemic health, he looks beyond just teeth—focusing on the jaw, muscles, airway, and overall function to improve long-term wellness.

His goal is to help patients feel better, sleep better, and live healthier lives—starting with a strong foundation in oral health.

At the core of Dr. Rickers’ care philosophy is prevention. He offers early intervention for kids to guide healthy facial and dental development, helping prevent crowding, sleep issues, and extractions down the line. Through airway-focused care, myofunctional therapy, and oral appliances, he supports both children and adults in breathing, sleeping, and functioning at their best.

Fun Facts

Skiing is a big part of my life. I moved back to Utah after dental school so I could share the slopes with my oldest son—he’s just as hooked as I am.
I feel most alive outdoors. Whether it’s hiking, camping, or just breathing fresh mountain air, I believe time in nature is time well spent.
I also enjoy lifting weights and digging into books on philosophy and history. Learning how others think—and how we’ve grown as people—keeps me curious and inspired.
